The International Students Scholarship Scheme is funded by the University directly and aims to provide financial assistance to students from overseas who are applying to study at the University of Bedfordshire.
The University of Bedfordshire offers a wide variety of services to support the development of your career. Whether it’s helping the student find a work placement, full or part-time work, or whether you want to get involved in the community and take part in some voluntary work, the careers services at Bedfordshire is able to help. The Job Shop is a FREE service that is available to students, to help you gain valuable skills that will benefit your future career such as team-working, problem solving, communication, planning and organization.
Offers individual study bedrooms in the purpose-built Halls of Residence. All utility bills are included in the weekly rent and all rooms have internet access and for a small annual charge you can have Broadband in your room.
Liberty Park is a new on-campus purpose-built student accommodation complex. There are 400 single and 113 double study bedrooms, plus 4 studio flats. All rooms/flats have internet access and en-suit shower, toilet and washbasin.
Luton and Bedford have a good supply of houses, flats and bed sits for rent with costs significantly lower than in London. The University also has a list of host families who enjoy sharing their homes with International Staying with host family costs around £60-£80 per week.
Overseas students may be eligible for Regional Awards and Scholarships upto 1000-1500£( depends on the percentage of marks scored in bachelors)
Students, who have a minimum of 60% in their 10th and 12th standards in English, will be accepted for their undergraduate degree programmes without IELTS / TOEFL. The students would also need to have a minimum of 55% overall in the 12th standard. We would be providing an ‘English waived off’ letter for the exempted students for visa purposes.
