Campuses:

Broad stairs is a new purpose-built facility located near the east Kent coastline of beautiful bays and sandy beaches offering study opportunities which include commercial music and digital media.

Salomons, near Tunbridge Wells, provides a number of postgraduate study programmes. Its historic buildings are situated in 36 acres of parkland near the popular spa town of Tunbridge Wells in west Kent.

Medway became our fourth campus in 2004, when Christ Church joined the Universities at Medway partnership, enabling us to deliver programmes in education, health and policing from a brand new building adjacent to the town's historic dockyard.

University Centre Folkestone is a partnership between the University of Greenwich and Canterbury Christ Church University. With investment from HEFCE, SEEDA and the Creative Foundation, a charitable trust established by Roger De Haan, Folk stone’s first university was opened in September 2007. It offers a wide range of programmes, including the performing arts, visual arts, and early years education, as well as business and enterprise.

Scholarships/Financial Aid availability for int. students:

A scholarship is a discretionary offer. The criteria are various and it is not possible to provide a formula for success. Considerations include the academic and other achievements of an applicant to date, their motivations for doing the programme of choice, their personal circumstances and what they have to offer the University. There are few scholarships offered, and they are partial scholarships, so only exceptional applicants are likely to receive an award.

Availability of part-time jobs on campus:

Christ Church has a careers and student development office. The student can make an appointment to meet an advisor to discuss their particular needs. To look for individual vacancies in the local job market can access the job shop WebPages or visit the Office.

Availability of On-campus Housing:

International Students who want to study on a year long award bearing programme (Undergraduate or Postgraduate) are offered university residence for the full year. Accommodation fees are based on a banding system which is related to room size and also to the amenities of the room. Special Notes:

A Deposit of £3,500 is required of which £2,300 is towards tuition fees and £1,100 towards accommodation. There is also a £100 non-returnable booking fee included in the deposit.
A 5% reduction in tuition fees is given if all tuition fees for the year are paid before arrival. Tuition fees and accommodation fees may be paid in installments. If university accommodation is paid in full a 7.5% reduction is added to a university meal card.

Pre-sessional English for academic study and study skills programme is offered for free to all PG and UG students accepted onto a CCCU programme.
