The University is right at the heart of Glasgow -Scotland's biggest and most cosmopolitan city. Stratchclyde has two campuses. The city centre John Anderson Campus - housing the Faculties of Business, Engineering, Science and Law, Arts & Social Sciences - is a student village right in the heart of Glasgow. Availability of On-campus Housing:
The University's halls of residence are where you'll get to know lots of people very quickly - where you'll make lifelong friendships and develop your character and personality . Over 1,440 students live in the University's campus village in the heart of the John Anderson Campus. A further 400 live in University accommodation within close walking distance of the Campus. The Jordanhill Campus has its own halls of residence on site. These provide a fully-catered accommodation service for 139 students. Strathclyde operates a web based service, (PAD - Private Accommodation Database) for students and owners of property to rent, which we share with other Universities and colleges in Glasgow
